Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship to all 50 US states, Washington, DC and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We don't currently ship to US territories or outside the United States.

Shipping rates. Standard shipping is free on orders of $20 or more (after discounts). Orders under $20 pay a flat rate by package weight: $5.99 up to 3 lb, $9.99 up to 10 lb, $19.99 up to 30 lb and $29.99 over 30 lb. Your exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery. Orders ship from our California warehouse, usually within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During holidays and sales, allow up to 3 business days. Most orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive 2–5 business days after shipping. Large rugs may ship by UPS or FedEx Ground.

Tracking. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

Several items. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Addresses. Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at homyo@shophomyo.com. We'll do our best to fix it before the order ships, but we can't guarantee changes once it's on its way.

Damaged or missing packages. If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging, take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office. If it's still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we'll help with a carrier claim.
