Thank you for shopping with HOMYO! The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume sales, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping speeds through our carrier partners (USPS, UPS, and FedEx).

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over $70!

  • Standard Shipping (Orders under $100): Rates are calculated at checkout. Typically arrives in 3-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout. Typically arrives in 2-3 business days.

3. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Because HOMYO carries a wide variety of products (from jewelry and drink mixes to large bedding sets), your items may be fulfilled from different warehouse locations. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive a tracking number for every package shipped.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24 hours of the shipping label being created.

5. DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Domestic: We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, as well as U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. International: At this time, we only ship within the United States.

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

HOMYO LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct before submitting your order. If you realize you made an error, please contact us immediately at homyo@shophomyo.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order processes, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in the fulfillment stage.

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

While we take great care in packaging your products, HOMYO LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping once they are handed over to the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take photos immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help you file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.

  • If your package is marked "Delivered" but is missing: Please check with neighbors, your building manager, or your local post office. If it is still missing after 3 business days from the marked delivery date, please contact the shipping carrier to file a trace or claim.
