Thank you for shopping with HOMYO. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. RETURN WINDOW
Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).
Category-Specific Return Rules: Because of the nature of our products, specific hygiene and safety standards apply:

Bedding & Home Goods: Must be unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on sheets, comforters, or pillowcases that have been slept on or laundered.

Jewelry: Must be unworn, with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage, and returned in the original HOMYO jewelry box or pouch.

Wellness & Drink Mixes: For health and safety reasons, all consumable items must be unopened with the original safety seal intact. We absolutely cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or partially consumed drink mixes or wellness products.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Opened wellness products or drink mixes

Used or washed bedding

Gift cards

Items marked as "Final Sale"
4. THE RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email us at homyo@shophomyo.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our registered agent address without contacting us first.
5. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at homyo@shophomyo.com.
7. EXCHANGES (DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS)
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the exact same product, send us an email at homyo@shophomyo.com with a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery.
8. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
