Shipping

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on US orders of $20 or more. Under $20, a flat rate by weight is shown at checkout.

Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only.

When will my order ship?
Orders ship from California by USPS, usually within 1 business day. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created.

Returns

What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, bedding must be unwashed and unused, and jewelry must be unworn in its original box or pouch. Email us with your order number to start a return. See our full Return Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.

Our products

What does 540 GSM mean?
GSM stands for grams per square meter, a measure of fabric weight. Our Sanctuary blankets have a 540 gsm faux fur front and a 220 gsm plush back, so they feel thick and substantial.

Is the fur real?
No. Our faux fur blankets, fitted sheets, pillowcases and pillow covers are made from synthetic fibers, with no animal fur.

Why does my blanket look flat when it arrives?
Blankets, sheets, inserts and rugs are vacuum-packed to ship. Unpack, shake it out and allow 24 to 48 hours to regain full loft. Rugs may need 2 to 3 days lying flat for creases to relax.

Does faux fur shed?
Long-pile faux fur can shed a little at first. Give it a good shake before first use.

How do I wash my faux fur blanket?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry low or air dry. Skip bleach and fabric softener, and always follow the care label.

Which blanket size should I choose?
Throw (50 x 60 in) is for the sofa or a chair. For a bed, choose Twin (60 x 80 in), Full (70 x 80 in) or Queen (80 x 90 in) to match your mattress, or size up for more drape.
